We're ugly but we have the music.
I want to grow up to be the Little Prince, but then I'd get lost in the paradox and implode. I want to grow up to be like Adam Lambert, but I missed that boat a long time ago.
I saw a firefly randomly on a busy Brooklyn avenue at 11 o'clock at night. It was struggling unnoticed under a pretty bright street lamp to produce a bluish sparkle. It was turning on and off. I was shaken to the bone and felt like crying all the way home.
